What We Do

Refuge for the abuse is not a charity. We aim to provide help and educate those who wants to go forward in life, but are hindered because of abuse, lack of resources, finances, confidence, education, help and are simply not able to break free even though they have really being trying hard.  Refuge for the Abused will be a helping hand to those who are serious about changing their current situation, and we will help those who are willing to work with us for a period of time to help build them up in character, and strengthen them and assist them to stand and move forward.  Everyone will be treaded as an individual and will be worked with according to their situation; each individual will be treated with love and respect. There will be no partiality.

Many are hurting and struggling and just need a push to get them on to the right path; they are real people with real feelings that are trying and need to get ahead, but just do not have the resources to get them out of that drowning situation. They just need to be pointed in the right direction. This is what we aim to accomplish.

Refuge for the Abused provides help to others in anyway we can. Whether it be food, clothes, funiture, counseling, prayer, education or anything else needed. We strive to help those who have been abused. We also provide help for those who haven't been abused, but just need a helping hand to reach out to them and guide them forward. With the help of the Lord, we want to help you to get back on your feet so that you can provide for you and your family, and continue to live your life without having to stuggle.
